IMPORTANT INFO

  • The Government Decree on Ionizing Radiation (1034/2018) stipulates the use of a Radiation Safety Expert (RSE) and the areas of application in Sections 17 and 18.
  • In legislation, the obligation to appoint a DSA (Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser) is defined in the Decree on the Safety Adviser for the Transport of Dangerous Goods by Road (27.3.2002/274, as amended).

  • Your IRES-RSE expert is familiar with regulatory requirements, analyzes your needs, and prepares the necessary internal company documents as well as regulatory documentation.
  • The transport of radioactive materials falls under the transport of dangerous goods.
  • A person acting as a Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser (DGSA) must hold a certificate from an examination demonstrating that they possess the expertise required for the specific mode of transport in relation to the legislation on the transport of dangerous goods.
  • Your IRES-DGSA expert is familiar with regulatory requirements, analyzes your needs, and prepares the necessary internal company documents as well as regulatory documentation.
