DANGEROUS GOODS SAFETY ADVISER
In legislation, the obligation to name a DGSA is defined in the regulation on the safety adviser for land transport of dangerous goods (27.3.2002/274 with amendments).
The transport of radioactive materials is part of the transport of dangerous goods.
The DGSA must have a certificate, which proves that the person has the necessary expertise for the type of transport in question and the legislation related to the transport of dangerous goods.
